The George Wildlife Park opened their doors in December 2017. This exciting addition to the Garden Route and George especially offers a great and affordable family friendly activity catering for all ages. When living in the area, passing through or on holiday, the George Wildlife Park is definitely one of the top places to visit!
Wildlife and Animal Park in George
The George Wildlife Park is home to a number of happy and healthy animals. Owner, JP Kameel, with 14 years experience working with wildlife has a great passion and love for wildlife and other animals. Some of the resident farm animals at the George Wildlife Park include pigs, bunnies, chickens, geese and dwarf goats. Visitors can view these animals and even have the opportunity to feed them. At the Predator Park at the George Wildlife Park visitors can view 2 Bengal Tigers, 2 Cheetahs, 2 Servals, 2 Caracals as well as a White and Brown Lion. At each enclosure visitors will find a board with interesting facts about these animals. School groups and other groups are welcome and tours can be arranged for these visits.
Kiddies Play Area in George
Kids will love the spacious outdoor kiddies play area at the George Wildlife Park. Here children can run around and play in a safe and secure area. Fun filled hours playing on the jungle gym, the seesaws, swings and little swing ponies. All this while mom and dad can relax and enjoy refreshments and a meal on the patio of the restaurant overlooking the play area.
