• Minimum booking for Christmas and New year is 7 nights.

Cancellations:

• Less than 7 days before arrival = full deposit.
• 7 to 14 days before arrival = 75% of deposit.
• 14 tot 21 days before arrival = 50% of deposit.
• 21 to 28 days before arrival = 25% of deposit.
